Studies have shown that exercise can uplift your mood. If you live a very sedentary lifestyle and you do not exercise much, there are certain chemicals building up in your blood stream that impact your brain functions. This can lead to mental health issues.

Conditions ranging from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression and anxiety are traced to the amount of exercise a body receives. High levels of exercise affect the flow of oxygen in the blood stream. It also circulates the blood and thus, chemical levels do not remain in your kidneys. It filters out more chemical compounds that actually have an impact in your moods.

What Fifteen Minutes Of Exercise Can Do


Exercise also increases the levels of oxygen in your blood stream leading to a more elevated feeling and a better perception of being. It does not take much exercise to boost your psychological health. Fifteen minutes of brisk walking or jogging everyday can do the trick.

The key is to factor in some movement that requires physical exertion in your daily activities. It only takes a little bit of time investment in exercise to start improving your moods and giving you a better sense of being. This is exactly what you need in the morning to start your day off, right?
